At Weekly German, we want our students to feel confident when enrolling in our German language courses. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how cancellations are handled.
1. General Rules
- All course fees must be paid in advance through the available payment methods (bank transfer, mobile payments, international gateways, etc.).
- Since our Services are digital courses, access is granted immediately after purchase. Refunds and cancellations are therefore subject to special conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- You have not accessed more than the trial or introductory module of the course.
- The course has not been fully downloaded, streamed, or attended (in the case of live sessions).
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- You have accessed significant course materials, live classes, or downloadable resources.
- The refund request is made due to personal scheduling conflicts, lack of internet connection, or change of mind.
3. Cancellations
- Before course start (live sessions): You may cancel up to 24 hours before the first scheduled class and request a full refund.
- After course start (live sessions): No refund will be provided once live classes have begun.
- Pre-recorded/self-study courses: No cancellations are possible once access has been granted, except under the 7-day refund rule above.

5. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration/administration fees (if any).
- Discounted or promotional bundles.
- One-time consultation or trial classes.
