EMI Policy

At Weekly German, we aim to make quality German language education accessible to all students. To support flexible payment options, we offer an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility on selected courses and bundles.
1. Eligibility for EMI
- EMI is available for specific courses or bundles (e.g., A1–A2, A1–B1, A1–B2).
- EMI is offered to students residing in Bangladesh and may be available internationally depending on the payment gateway.
- EMI approval is subject to payment gateway or bank terms and conditions.
2. EMI Payment Options
- Students may choose monthly installment plans (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) depending on the course.
- Installments are processed automatically through the selected payment method (bank card, mobile financial service, or international gateway).
- Additional processing fees or bank charges may apply, as per the payment provider’s policy.
3. EMI Terms & Conditions
- Once you enroll under EMI, you are committed to completing all scheduled payments.
- Failure to pay any installment may result in:
- Suspension of course access.
- Cancellation of enrollment without refund.
- Reporting to the payment provider for recovery.
- Early settlement (full payment before the end of the EMI period) may be allowed, subject to the payment provider’s rules.
4. Refunds under EMI
- Refund requests under EMI follow our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].
- If a refund is approved, only the amount paid up to that point will be considered, minus any bank or processing fees.
- EMI processing charges collected by banks/payment gateways are non-refundable.
5. Default on EMI Payments
If you miss an installment:
- You will receive a payment reminder.
- If payment is not completed within 7 days, your course access will be suspended.
- If payment remains unpaid beyond 30 days, your enrollment will be terminated without refund.
